A former real estate broker, Arleen E. Goscinski is a New York State Certified Real Estate Appraiser whose practice includes the appraisal of single family homes, condominiums and cooperatives, multifamily residential, and vacant land.

A Senior Member of the American Society of Appraisers -- a past President of its Long Island Chapter (1998-99), she currently serves on the Board of Directors -- Ms. Goscinski also holds the CSA designation and serves as past President on the Board of the Columbia Society of Real Estate Appraisers.  Ms. Goscinski has provided real estate appraisals in New York City, and in Nassau and Suffolk Counties on Long Island (see map) as an independent real estate appraiser since 1985.

A qualified FHA appraiser, Ms. Goscinski is skilled in FNMA forms, private evaluations, and narrative reports. Because of her expertise, she is frequently called upon to testify about real estate appraisals in tax certiorari proceedings.
